Egg Noodles with No Added Color or Preservatives

Mrs. Bonser’s Bakery Fresh White Egg Noodles were the result of a happy accident and they are a family favorite.

One day, the original Mr. and Mrs. Bonser were making noodles and (due to no fault of the kids), Mr. Bonser got distracted. Lo and behold, he forgot to put color in the noodle batch. After he realized his mistake, he and Mrs. Bonser decided to let the noodle batch go to completion and they had Bakery Fresh White Egg Noodles.

Mr. Bonser took to white noodles to a grocer in Ottumwa who put them in the bakery and customers loved them.  We see them used for everything you can use our Original Flavored egg noodles for, with one major addition, DESSERTS!  Believe it or not, there seem to be hundreds of variations on an egg noodle based dessert called kugel.  We were amazed too! These noodles are perfect for desserts and more.
