Mrs. Bonser’s Egg Noodles Refund Policy

We are always here for you. In an instance that something may not go our way, we are happy to offer you a solution!

If any of the following happen to you, please contact us directly and we will investigate the issue and get it corrected:

  • Damaged or defective packages
  • Missing or incorrect packages
  • Receive a package that is expired

Occasionally, item(s) or orders may be canceled by us for various reasons, including (but not limited to):

  • Item(s) out of stock and unavailable for shipment
  • Issues in processing your payment information

If your order or item(s) in your order are canceled, we’ll send an email notification listing the reason for cancellation. You will not be charged for any canceled items that are not shipped.

If you have entered a wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can ensure your order is shipped to the correct address.

If your package shows it was delivered and you haven’t received it we recommend waiting 24 hours as order status and tracking details may sometimes be changed ahead of the packages delivery and do the following first before contacting us:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Check nearby spots where the package may have been left
  • Ask a neighbor if they may have accepted your delivery on your behalf.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order was correct
