Noodle Ingredients

Mrs. Bonser’s Egg Noodles are made with simple ingredients just like grandma used. Whether you prefer to eat the noodles alone, add to vegetables, or a soup or anything else you can imagine, our noodles are low in saturated fat and sodium and are an excellent source of Thiamin, Folate and Manganese.

Ingredient List:

  • Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin)
  • Water
  • Dried Egg Yolk
  • Salt
  • Coloring (water, FD&C yellow 5, FD&C yellow 6, citric acid, Sodium Benzoate)
