Ingredients

  • 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 can cup cooked Mrs. Bonser’s Original Flavored Egg Noodles
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cubed process American cheese (can use Velveeta)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup crushed saltine or Ritz crackers (about 10 crackers)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine and stir the first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a 1 qt. baking dish.
  2. Toss cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over the top.
  3. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until heated through.
