Ingredients
1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
1 can cup cooked Mrs. Bonser’s Original Flavored Egg Noodles
1 small onion, chopped
1 small carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cubed process American cheese (can use Velveeta)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup crushed saltine or Ritz crackers (about 10 crackers)
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions
In a bowl, combine and stir the first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a 1 qt. baking dish.
Toss cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until heated through.
