Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 carrots peeled and diced
2 stalks celery diced finely
1 onion diced finely
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced
3 cups chicken, shredded or cubed
12 oz. package of Mrs. Bonser’s chicken Flavored Noodles

Directions
In a pan, melt butter and add in flour, whisk together, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
In a large pot, sauté carrots, celery and onion in olive oil until tender.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add in noodles and boil until tender. 15-20 minutes. Drain noodles.
Add all remaining ingredients to the large pot, including flour mixture, except cooked noodles.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes or until soup thickens and chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add in cooked noodles. Stir together all ingredients and enjoy!
