Ingredients

  • 12-ounce bag of Mrs. Bonser’s Egg Noodle Original or Chicken Flavored Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, choppe

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in slow boiling chicken broth until desired doneness.
  2. Drain noodles, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking broth.  Set noodles aside.
  3. Add butter to still warm pot and melt over low heat.
  4. Turn off heat and add noodles and parmesan cheese, adding cooking broth as needed to moisten.
  5. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.  Serve immediately.
